RESTORE-2 Study Status
Enrollment for RESTORE-2 is now complete. Seventy patients were treated at seven different study centers in the European Union between June 2008 and November 2009. Interim data on the first 32 patients who have reached the six-month follow-up will be presented as a poster at the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium December 12, 2009 at 7 a.m. U.S. Central Time by Mrs. Eva Weiler-Mithoff, MD, lead investigator at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary.
Patients are followed and evaluated for one year. Data will be analyzed in early 2011. This data will provide information on safety, volume retention, and patient and physician satisfaction.
